1. מי אנחנו
אפליקציית ״המסמכים שלי״ (My Documents), המפותחת ומופעלת על־ידי NLA-Apps, מאפשרת לארגן מסמכים אישיים, פרופילים ותזכורות במקום מאובטח ונוח.
2. המידע שלך
מסמכים, תמונות, שמות פרופילים, תיקיות ותאריכי תוקף נשמרים כברירת מחדל במכשיר שלך. NLA-Apps אינה מפעילה שרת שמקבל או שומר את תוכן המסמכים שלך.
3. גיבוי מוצפן ב־iCloud
כאשר iCloud Drive וצרור המפתחות זמינים, הגיבוי המוצפן מופעל אוטומטית ומתבצע פעם ב־24 שעות בזמן שהאפליקציה פעילה. המידע נשמר בחשבון ה־iCloud שלך באמצעות שירותי Apple, וניתן גם לגבות ולשחזר ידנית מההגדרות. לאחר התקנה מחדש, אם נמצא גיבוי קיים, יש לשחזר אותו לפני שהגיבוי האוטומטי ימשיך. ניתן לכבות את הגיבוי האוטומטי בהגדרות האפליקציה.
4. Face ID והתראות
נעילת תיקיות משתמשת במנגנון האימות של Apple. האפליקציה אינה מקבלת או שומרת נתונים ביומטריים. תזכורות תוקף נוצרות מקומית במכשיר ואינן כוללות את תוכן המסמך במסך הנעילה.
5. רכישות
רכישות ומינויים ל־Pro מעובדים על־ידי Apple דרך ה־App Store. איננו מקבלים את מספר כרטיס האשראי שלך. Apple עשויה להעביר לנו מצב זכאות ופרטי עסקה מוגבלים לצורך הפעלת המינוי ושחזור רכישות.
6. פרסום בגרסה החינמית
הגרסה החינמית עשויה להציג פרסומות באמצעות Google AdMob. בהתאם להסכמתך ולהגדרות המכשיר, Google ושותפיה עשויים לעבד מזהי מכשיר, כתובת IP משוערת, נתוני אינטראקציה ומידע טכני לצורך הצגת פרסום, מדידה ומניעת הונאה. גרסת Pro אינה מציגה פרסומות.
7. הסכמה ובחירות פרטיות
במקומות שבהם הדין מחייב, נציג בקשת הסכמה לפני שימוש בפרסום מותאם אישית. ניתן לשנות את הבחירה דרך אפשרויות הפרטיות בהגדרות האפליקציה. גם ללא הסכמה לפרסום מותאם אישית, עשויות להופיע פרסומות שאינן מותאמות אישית.
8. שמירה ומחיקה
מידע מקומי נשמר עד שתמחק אותו או את האפליקציה. גיבוי iCloud נשמר עד למחיקתו מחשבונך. זמני השמירה של Apple ו־Google נקבעים לפי המדיניות שלהן. אפשר למחוק את המסמכים והפרופילים מתוך האפליקציה.
9. ילדים
האפליקציה אינה מיועדת לילדים מתחת לגיל 13 ואיננו אוספים ביודעין מידע אישי מילדים. אם נודע לך שמידע כזה נמסר, ניתן לפנות אלינו.
10. שינויים ויצירת קשר
נעדכן עמוד זה כאשר המדיניות תשתנה. לשאלות פרטיות ניתן לפנות ל־NLA-Apps דרך עמוד המפתח ב־GitHub.

Privacy Policy

1. About us
My Documents is developed and operated by NLA-Apps. It helps you organize personal documents, profiles, folders, and expiration reminders in one secure place.
2. Your information
Documents, images, profile names, folders, and expiration dates are stored on your device by default. NLA-Apps does not operate a server that receives or stores the contents of your documents.
3. Encrypted iCloud backup
When iCloud Drive and Keychain are available, encrypted backup is enabled automatically and runs once every 24 hours while the app is active. Data is stored in your own iCloud account using Apple services, and you can also back up and restore manually from Settings. After reinstalling the app, if an existing backup is found, restore it before automatic backup resumes. Automatic backup can be disabled in the app's Settings.
4. Face ID and notifications
Folder locking uses Apple’s authentication framework. The app never receives or stores biometric data. Expiration reminders are created locally and do not reveal document contents on the lock screen.
5. Purchases
Pro purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your full payment-card details. Apple may provide entitlement status and limited transaction information to activate subscriptions and restore purchases.
6. Advertising in the Free version
The Free version may display ads through Google AdMob. Subject to your consent and device settings, Google and its partners may process device identifiers, approximate IP-based location, interaction data, and technical information for ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention. Pro does not show ads.
7. Consent and privacy choices
Where required, we request consent before using personalized advertising. You can revisit your choice through Privacy Options in the app’s Settings. Non-personalized ads may still be shown when personalized advertising is declined.
8. Retention and deletion
Local data remains until you delete it or uninstall the app. iCloud backups remain until removed from your account. Apple and Google retain provider data according to their policies. Documents and profiles can be deleted inside the app.
9. Children
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Please contact us if you believe such information has been provided.
10. Updates and contact
